SYKETEC PRODUCT RANGE
Syketec OY AB, produce a range of stroke and combi harvester heads designed for smaller base units. Ideally suited to mini-forwarders, smaller excavators and tractor based units. Syketec products are produced in Finland.
The stroke harvester JOBO ST is developed for economical Harvesting in first thinnings and bioenergy crops. Reliability and good delimbing results are key feature. Simplicity and low weight are major attributes. The use of high tensile strength materials gives the possibility to achieve low weight.
STROKE HARVESTER JOBO ST50 Bambi
A New hydrostatic combi machine.
This small stroke harvester head is specifically developed to be fitted on small to medium size base machines. Thanks to is low weight and compactness it can be mounted on a Mini-forwarder, 4+ tonnes excavator or tractor based crane.

STROKE HARVESTER JOBO ST50 Combi
Compact, Strong and Fast
This small stroke harvester is specifically developed to be fitted on small to medium size base machines. It is now also fitted with feed rolls. With the rolls it has four specific operation modes, combined, rolls only, multi stem and multi grip.
BASIC STROKE HARVESTER JOBO ST75D
STROKE HARVESTER JOBO ST75 Combi
Very Strong
Very strong stroke harvester which also can be fitted with feed rolls. Thanks to four specific operation modes the feed can be with stroke, with rolls alone or combined. Strong feed with stroke and fast feed with rolls
JOBO ST75D Combi Combined stroke and roller feed
Strong feed
A major advantage of the stroke harvester is its strong feed force also at low oil flows. However, strong feed is not always needed and then stroke feed may feel slow.
Based on customer feedback Syketec developed a roller feed option which can even be retrofitted to the basic stroke harvester JOBO ST75C/D, this is then type designated JOBO ST75D Combi.

Combi version has four operating modes:
F1 - Combined stroke and rolls
F2 - Only rolls
F3 - MultiStem
F4 - MultiGrip
Under combined operation rolls can be selected during stroke and is only returning back to stroke if the feed button is released. Roller feed is feeding at about. 2,5 m/sec at full flow (80 l/min), this is more than double the speed of stroke feed.
JOBO ST75DEx
Excavator featured JOBO ST75DEx
Thanks to its low weight the harvester JOBO ST75DEx can be fitted to excavators in the range 4 - 10 tonnes. Much depending on the oil capacity and availability of auxiliary hydraulics the harvester may be differently configured:

1. If two auxiliary lines are available for rotator and tilt, the harvester can be configured as for tractor use
Main line to the harvester head typically from the rock breaker line
2. The harvester may hold directional valves for both rotator and tilt
In this case the roller option is not available

Consult Syketec for more options and possibilities for applying JOBO harvesters to your excavator machine.
JOBO VH75
Combi Tractor mounted processor
The Syketec tractor mounted processor is specifically designed for use where cranes are not commonly available fitted to tractors. Our specially designed tractor processor comes with its own crane. It is designed to carry our harvester head. With this processor you can fell, de-limb and cut to length, while sitting in the tractor. In difficult terrain or to increase the reach the hydraulic winch is handy.
Control Systems
Control Systems
Syketec control systems are built in two basic configurations. The panel version holds both the display and the related controls in one compact unit. Sometimes a suitable place for mounting of the panel is difficult and then our split configuration (as per picture) may be a better option. Depending on the required features the size of the control panel may also be in two different sizes. The smaller unit CCD with a 3,7in display (shown here) and the larger MID with a 7in colour display. Both systems are CAN-bus based systems connected to the harvester head with a 7 x 0,75mm² PUR cable. The JOBO CAN MID also as standard holds joystick controls both for mA and voltage controlled (eg. Danfoss) systems.
